The Christie Lodge actively recruits and hires individuals for both year round and seasonal positions in many exciting fields within the hospitality industry. The Christie Lodge is a not-for-profit corporation of 280-condo units.A resort located in one of the most desirable areas in the world: The Beaver Creek - Vail Valley. From class 4 rapids rafting down the Colorado and Eagle Rivers to world-class powder skiing, it’s all at your fingertips! We will make a sincere and dedicated effort to enhance your vacation by providing the highest possible equity and pride of ownership.

As a timeshare owner at the Christie Lodge, you automatically become a member of the Christie Lodge Owner’s Association, Inc. The purpose of this association is to give its members, the owners, an opportunity to participate in the management and direction of the Christie Lodge. A Board of Directors governs the Association, and is responsible for the direction and maintenance of the Christie Lodge in Conjunction with the professional management team. You may attend the annual Owner’s Association meeting in September/October of every year. The Board of Directors, through the professional management team, is responsible for:

1. Repairing, maintaining and improving the Christie Lodge. This includes maintenance on the. individual units as well as the common areas.

2. Levying, collecting and enforcing the collection of assessments in a timely manner as approved by the membership.

3. Adopting, publishing and enforcing the rules and regulations of the Timeshare Owner’s Association, and to protect the resort environment,. the right to quiet use and the property value at the resort.

4. Entering into and terminating contracts and agreements on behalf of the members of the timeshare Owners.
